Shipping & delivery

Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days. During holidays or special campaigns, delays of 1-2 additional business days may occur.

Once your item is shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email associated with your order.

- Free shipping for orders above RM150.
- As low as RM8 for West Malaysia and RM12 for East Malaysia.
- International Shipping to Singapore cost RM35 (Free shipping Available soon).

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Please note that we cannot control these charges.

We use Ninja Van, POS Laju, and DHL.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us immediately at e-customerservices@poneygroup.com. We’ll try our best to accommodate changes, but once processed by our warehouse, changes are not possible.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen delivery issues. You can track your parcel status with the tracking information provided or contact customer service for updates.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items must be returned within 14 days from receipt, along with the original receipt.

Fill out the Refund Form. Our customer service will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Ensure you remove any original labels and secure your package before mailing it back.

If the item has a manufacturing or design defect, fill out the Refund Form. Items damaged from misuse or wear are not eligible for returns.

Incorrect Items: If the model or color is different from your order.
Defective Items: Manufacturing or design defects.

Exchanges are available in-store for size and color of the same product. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. No cash refunds are allowed.

We cannot refund the price difference if our prices change after your purchase.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email once payment is completed.

Once your order is processed, you’ll be sent a tracking number for delivery. It may take a few days to receive the tracking information.

We accept online banking, credit card, and e-wallets (TnG eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay).

If your card is refused, try using a different payment method or card. For further assistance, please contact your card issuer.

VOUCHERS & PROMOTIONS

Each promotion has its own terms and conditions. Discount codes are typically applicable online unless stated otherwise.

No, only one code is allowed per transaction.
